Cancellation Policy
At Wave Street Studios, we are excited to offer personalized venue tours to help you envision your event in our unique space. To ensure a smooth experience for all visitors, please review our tour policy below: Scheduling: Tours are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed availability. Duration: Each tour lasts approximately 30 minutes. Additional time may be available upon request. Guests: A maximum of four guests may attend the tour to allow for a personalized experience. Larger groups must be arranged in advance. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or rescheduling based on availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Access: While we aim to show all areas of the venue, access to certain spaces may be limited due to ongoing events or maintenance. Booking Priority: A tour does not guarantee venue availability for your preferred date. To secure your date, a deposit and signed rental agreement are required.
